Rustic Meat and Bean Pot

  1. Broil the sausages 15 minutes, turning once, then slice on an angle.
  2. Cook the bacon in a large skillet for 1 minute, then add the chicken and pork and brown on all sides. Add the thyme, garlic, vegetables, and bay leaf. Cook 5 minutes, then deglaze with the wine.
  3. Add the sausages to the pot, stir in the tomatoes and beans and heat through. Season to taste.
  4. Plate and serve.
